I wasn’t feeling very well.

I had a really bad headache and I felt dizzy.

Did you go see a doctor?

No, I thought about it. But I decided to just stay home and sleep.

Did you take any medicine?

Yes. I took some medicine with water and then I rested the rest of the day.
